Committees

You, the homeowners of Creekwood Crossing Subdivision, are what make this subdivision what it is. Please consider running for the board or helping out on one of our current committees. Your help & input are always welcome! Currently we are operating together as one board to ensure the committee requirements are being addressed.

Architectural Control Committee

As set forth in the subdivision by-laws, any building, additions, paint color choices, etc. must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee. Please contact them before you proceed.

Compliance Committee

This committee follows up on any notifications of potential violations of our deed restrictions.

Ponds and Landscaping Committee

This committee oversees the maintenance of our stormwater retention ponds and the landscaping at the Pilgrim Road entrance to the subdivision.
